Video consultations

You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation before it starts by contacting us. Fees for consultations already completed are non-refundable.

Treatment facilitation

Advance amounts paid to hospitals are refunded according to the respective hospital's policy, after deducting charges for services already provided.

Travel, visa and accommodation

Flight, visa and hotel bookings follow the cancellation rules of the airline, embassy or hotel concerned. Government and third-party fees are generally non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email Contact@expertchikitsa.com or call +91 8095504033 with your booking details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 7–14 working days.
